Thunder Dragon, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company structured to streamline our daily operations.  It was registered with the Missouri Secretary of State on April 6, 2022.  The Charter No. is LC014369675.  CLICK to view the state record.

Our payroll and expenses will be paid and funded by Thunder Dragon, LLC.

Therefore, if you are a vendor, please note our change.  We will also notify our vendors of this change in writing.

Additionally, Nickie Woodruff has been appointed as the General Operations Manager and will be designated as a corporate officer.
