Thai Kitchen owner, Sasi Ongartsutthikul, announces the opening of Thai Bar in O’Fallon, Missouri.

O’FALLON, MO (LoveThaiSTL) Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul, owner of Thai Kitchen, is excited to announce the completion of remodeling and the opening of Thai Bar in O’Fallon, Missouri.

The “official” Reopening (Thai Kitchen) and Grand Opening (Thai Bar) is Friday, January 13, 2023, with specials being one glass of complimentary house wine or Saki and a free appetizer sampler.

Thai Bar is located next door to Thai Kitchen at 8630 Mexico Road.  You access Thai Bar thru the Thai Kitchen entrance located next door at 8632 Mexico Road.

Currently, Thai Bar will feature Saki and domestic beers and wines.  However, they are working on upgrading their liquor license to include mixed drinks.  They expect this to be granted sometime in January (2023).

Ongartsutthikul has remodeled the Thai Kitchen space to enhance the dining experience for her customers and celebrate her tenth anniversary in the O’Fallon location.

In addition to remodeling the existing space, Ongartsutthikul has added a robot to deliver food to the tables to create a new experience and help relieve stress from the servers due to their high order flow.

The Thai Bar space features two bars, counter-high tables, and an additional upscale dining area to facilitate the overflow from the Thai Kitchen side.

The general contractor for the project was Elite Properties, located in Valley Park, MO, which Ongartsutthikul recommends.  Before opening, Amant’s Floor Care provided professional floor cleaning services for the Thai Kitchen and Thai Bar to ensure cleanliness meets the highest standards.

Thai Kitchen has three other locations besides O’Fallon, which include Florissant, St. Charles, and Wentzville, MO, with additional locations under consideration or negotiations.

All locations offer online ordering, dine-in, carryout, delivery, and catering.  Additionally, all locations are given high Google Ratings, which are based on online customer reviews.  Based on online customer reviews, customers love Thai Kitchen cuisine.

St. Louis Restaurant Review named Ongartsutthikul the “Restaurateur of the Year Award – 2022.”  However, Ongarsutthikuls’s best reward is when customers leave happy.
